The first VA mission consists in meeting a secret agent in a place out of other's sight, speak to him and report to the VA headquarters.

So you must go under Tyr, in Faria's passage. Purchase a crowbar at the lone merchant in top center of Shadow Square, then go in SW corner of the area, and force the barred door of the abandoned temple. You will enter a first room, then Tyr underground.

There you will have to wander till you meet a certain guy. He will be waiting for you at a random door. Tell him that you were send by Matthias, and you will maybe notice that you have met this man before (was it in Shadow Square?), then suddenly you will be unsure...

You can also find this guy (Holpin) in Shadow Square, standing among mercants. You can talk to him and complete the mission that way even if you haven't been in Faria. If you have difficulties to find him in Faria, you can check if he's not waiting up there!

Go back to the VA headquarters and report. You will have the surprise of noticing that this mission will will be granted 0 XPs.
