We came, we saw, and we realized that AvP still needs some work on its multiplayer features. It's set up as an Xbox game would be, with a pre-game lobby and buggy in-game voice support. The gameplay itself is pretty fun and given the traits of the 3 different races, can be quite different depending on which you choose.
I do think some of the abilities/classes need better balancing but I think this game has good potential if they pay attention to the details. The graphics and sound are well done up to this point, as they do convey the sort of dark sci-fi atmosphere that both movies depict.
All in all it might turn into something to consider if you're bored with some of the more typical FPS gigs.
