I hope they take measures to prevent people from creating chars with canon GW1 npc names, lol

I plan on playing either Human or Sylvari. I'll decide after more info comes out about classes and racial bonuses.

If I were to pick which race to play as just based off of prior knowledge I would totally roll Charr but I have to agree with the wait and see method on racials... even though the Charr are like awesome werewolves, only without the shapeshifting part. Cant wait for this game to come out, even if it is a disappointment I'll still play it out of respect for the one that I still play. I just wish that I had played it when you guys all did.

GW1 always has been part of my favorite games most likely due to the nature of their PvP and successful balance between classes ArenaNet managed to accomplish, well at the very least, much better than in Aion I daresay. To be quite honest, I wish I could've accomplished more in the game than I did when I look back. Reasons are, it was my first MMO and I suppose inexperience played a role in there.

Anyways, I'm very eagerly waiting for GW2, but I'm also aware that it will probably be lackluster at first to be improved in the future.

Not taking into account racial bonuses and such, I'd probably roll a Norn.

We have been geeking out on GW for the last month and i had forgotten how fun the game was. It takes a fair amount of skill to play through the upper story arcs and thats a welcomed change from my last few games.

Been obsessed with getting my 55/SoA monk tuned up this week, there's so many builds each class can do because of the sub-class system. Kudos to NCsoft, I hope GW2 will be as much fun.

I've been enjoying the game. I'm a very casual player and its nice to hop on for 30 minutes to and hour and be able to knock something out.
