It's a 2011-3 Socket Processor, like the Haswell-E, these aren't truly made for consumers. But it absolutely has its uses in professional applications, and is cheaper than a 10-core Xeon.

Wish my games would use the cores i got already rather then just 2.

Top of the Line for amd because they haven't put out anything newer. It basically trades punches with a high end i3. Any i5 or i7 will spank it for gaming. It has a lot of cores but it's instructions per cycle is horrid and 95% Of games still don't use more than two cores. The 8350 is very good at other non gaming things though, but for gaming it's a lower mid tier cpu. No where near top of the line or even middle of the pack.
