    North America:

    Tuesday, November 17th

    • North American Quarter Finals – There will be two Best of 5 sets played with the 2 losing teams being eliminated from SWC contention. The 2 winners will move on to the North American Semi Finals.
    Thursday, November 19th

    • North American 5th Place Match – The 2 losing teams from Tuesday will face off in a Best of 1 set to determine the 5th place team at LAN.
    • North American Semi Finals – The 2 winning teams from Tuesday will face off in a Best of 5 set against the Top 2 seeds in North America. The 2 winning teams from the Semi Finals will automatically earn a spot in the SWC.
    Saturday, November 21st

    • North American Wildcard – The 2 losing teams from Thursday’s Semi Finals will face off in a Best of 3 set to determine not only 3rd place at the LAN, but also who earns a International Wildcard spot. The winner will advance to take on the European 3rd place winner in a Best of 3 set for the 5th and final spot in the SWC.
    Sunday, November 22nd

    • North American Finals – The 2 winners of the Semi Finals on Thursday will face off in a Best of 5 set to determine not only who is the best team in North America, but the winning team will also receive a BYE round in the SWC, bypassing the placement round!
    Europe:

    Wednesday, November 18th

    • European Quarter Finals – There will be two Best of 5 sets played with the 2 losing teams being eliminated from SWC contention. The 2 winners will move on to the European Semi Finals.
    Friday, November 20th

    • European 5th Place Match – The 2 losing teams from Wednesday will face off in a Best of 1 set to determine the 5th place team at LAN.
    • European Semi Finals – The 2 winning teams from Wednesday will face off in a Best of 5 set against the Top 2 seeds in Europe. The 2 winning teams from the Semi Finals will automatically earn a spot in the SWC.
    Saturday, November 21st

    • European Wildcard – The 2 losing teams from Friday’s Semi Finals will face off in a Best of 3 set to determine not only 3rd place at the LAN, but also who earns a International Wildcard spot. The winner will advance to take on the North American 3rd place winner in a Best of 3 set for the 5th and final spot in the SWC.
    Sunday, November 22nd

    • European Finals – The 2 winners of the Semi Finals on Friday will face off in a Best of 5 set to determine not only who is the best team in Europe, but the winning team will also receive a BYE round in the SWC, bypassing the placement round!

    Prizing
    Each region will have their own prize pool for The Super Regionals. The following is whats on the line for the 12 teams attending:
    1st Place – $70,000

    2nd Place – $55,000

    3rd Place – $40,000

    4th Place – $32,500

    5th Place – $25,000

    6th Place – $24,000

    Total Prize Pool per Region – $246,500

    Combined Total Prize Pool – $493,000
    The teams from each region who do not make it to the LAN due to their placement at the bottom of the SPL will earn the following:

    7th Place SPL – $23,000

    8th Place SPL – $20,000

    Total Prize Pool per Region – $43,000

    Combined Total Prizing – $86,000

    SMITE World Championships
    Qualification

    To recap what this event means for the SMITE World Championships:
    • Top 2 NA Teams advance to the SWC. The top seeded team from the Super Regionals bypasses the placement round and gets the top seed in a 8 team bracket. The 2nd seed will enter the placement round.
    • Top 2 EU Teams advance to the SWC. The top seeded team from the Super Regionals bypasses the placement round and gets the top seed in a 8 team bracket. The 2nd seed will enter the placement round.
    • Winner of the International Wildcard spot advances to the SWC placement round.
    A bracket as well as more details surrounding the SWC will be released at a later date.

    The Super Regionals?

    While the event will not be open to the public, there is a variety of ways you can still be in the middle of the action!
    First, be sure to watch the Super Regionals starting on November 17th with LIVE coverage on twitch.tv/smitegame. Also be sure to follow @SmitePro for live tweeting during the games and updates regarding SMITE esports.

    Every game matters at The Super Regionals and the teams know it. The stakes are the highest they have ever been in SMITE esports. With an entire week of LAN, the 12 teams will be put through a LAN like they have never experienced. At the end of the weekend, SMITE will have 5 of its 10 World Championship teams qualified, and will look on to see who will take 1st place at the $1,000,000 SWC.
