Hey, I knew of Raphael BEFORE The Last Circus. Sin Un Adios is on YouTube in its entirety atm. Though, I don't think it's subtitled and, if you don't speak Castilian, will irritate the shit out of you.

TBH I'm still playing with both Reason and Ableton (occasionally others), have yet to decide which I prefer. I've made music by various means for a long time but until recently it's been years since I've done any production, so I've got a lot to learn. There are a couple other tracks I've been working on at soundcloud.com/yearn, if you'd be interested in commenting on anything there.

    Thanks for the feedback, Torric.

Yep they fooled me....Wasn't expecting the Megadeath/metalica type stuff to kick in. Wasn't bad either.

This thread needed a bump so...

I've recently gotten into Dubstep or as Shay calls it 'Transformers having sex' and here are a few of my recent favorites.

    Enjoy.

Here's a new one from Kavinsky. I can't get enough of this guy. And I can't get enough of this 80's retro techno stuff coming out. Or as the kids call it these days, Synth Pop and French Disco.

uh uh.. He's coming to my town September 16! I don't think I've ever been this excited to see a show.

And here I thought dubstep was dead. Just damn. Zed's not dead baby

I've never met this lady, but I think I'm falling in love with her. Yep

EDIT: Upon further review, the original is pretty damn good to begin with. I might like it better. And now I'm in love with Greta too. Too many women to love and too little time

Here's a video of my old band. We were signed to I Scream Records. It was a post-hardcore band. My singer used to be in hatebreed.

Sorry to disturb u Torric. Both the Kangaroo Court and Safe and Sound videos are genius. The Rubberbandits is an acquired taste in terms of songs, however their music videos are rather funny.

My two favorite beats of all time and where they come from. This stuff interests me.

    (1) Nightmares on Wax - Les Nuits

Comes from: Quincy Jones (1973). As far as I can tell its been sampled in 47+ tracks.

    (2) Pretty Lights - Finally Moving

Comes from; Judy Clay & William Bell - Private Number (1968). Sampled +29 times.

as well as Etta James - Something's Got a Hold on Me (1962). Sampled +14 times.

And Pretty Lights has the nerve to go on Twitter and take issue with Flo Rida for sampling his track (Finally Moving)
