Looking into getting an Ultrabook (thin notebook) in the near future. Uses are for very light gaming, browsing and general PC day to day shit.

    • Keeping it thin is important
    • 13" screen is preferred, 15" maybe, but not 11"
    • Because it's light gaming I don't particularly need a beast video card
    • No macs thanks

Right now I'm considering the Dell XPS 13"

@Gaunsaku even though the Surface 2 is smaller screen size then I want, should I consider it?

I have played ESO, Wildstar and Archeage very casually on a surface pro and it worked fine. the keyboard is a bit shit though.

    Surface 2 = nonono

Surface 3... could work. It's light, has decent battery power, and can do everything you'd need in a windows laptop.

Have you looked at Lenovo stuff?

Opted for a 15.6" ASUS Transformer, doubled RAM to 8GB and 120SSD for $400.

    Did you buy it online?

IMO, the biggest issue with laptops is finding one that fits your hands. I always recommend going to bestbuy and testing different styles. Also, touchpads blow.
